  What should i do if i have a problem or complaint??  
  

Are you using Gateshead Council's Children's Services?

If you are tell us what you think of them.

If you think you have been treated badly or unfairly, you should;

- Tell someone you trust, so they can try and help you;

and/or

- Contact the Complaints Officer at Gateshead Council
