Gateshead Council's Children and Young People's Rights Service support One Voice to achieve its aims and objectives. The Children's Rights Service has two workers; Andrea Armstrong, the Children's Rights Officer and Chris Hulme the Children's Rights Worker.

Andrea has worked for the council nearly 10 years. Andrea is fun and down to earth with young people. Young people are given a lot of support by Andrea and encouraged to join in all of the activities offered by the service.

Chris has worked for the council for 5 Years. Chris is a lot like Andrea when it comes to working with the young people, as he is also down to earth, he also encourages us. Chris is also a part-time youth worker at Barley Mow and Kibblesworth.
